About Optimal Sleep Health
At Optimal Sleep Health, our mission is to help our patients achieve a full and satisfying sleep period every day, and to enjoy, as a result of this sleep, a full and active wakeful period each day.
Our methods include a thorough evaluation by a board-certified Sleep Medicine specialist, appropriate diagnostic sleep testing, using an accredited sleep lab as well as home sleep studies, and a combination of physical, medical, and behavioral strategies to address the more than eighty identified sleep disorders.
At Optimal Sleep Health, we value timely service, thorough evaluation, and effective treatment outcomes. Our compassionate staff is dedicated to providing the best possible care for every patient. We educate our patients and the community at large by providing up-to-date knowledge from the field of sleep research, which has evolved dramatically over the past 75 years.
Optimal quality of life includes the ability to participate attentively in family, community, and work activities. To be fully engaged while awake requires a decent and sustained sleep period. At Optimal Sleep Health, we strive to help our patients improve their quality of life by restoring normal sleep.
